Made in 2020, Mémoire is about the “slow-down” that we all need in our lives while living in this hectic world. “Mémoire” means memory in French, and we wanted to take a unique story and infuse it into each of our flavors and products. Each of our 7 core blends transports you to the past while helping you stay in the present. At Mémoire, we take a culinary approach of making sure each blend is flavorful with the best ingredient combinations.

Started by Valentina DiMarco, a dreamer who loves giving private tea tastings and sharing her love of tea with you. She spends her days coming up with new and delicious recipes that will be nothing but the best for your taste buds.

Our Refill System

Open your tin of tea. There will be a sealed bag inside.

Step 2

Take the bag of tea out of the tin and tear the corner.

Step 3

Pour the tea into the tin. Store your loose-leaf tea in this tin! When you are finished with the tea, you can purchase refill pouches to fill your tin up again!

FAQ

  • What’s your return policy?

    We do not accept returns on any loose-leaf tea products. There is a reason why we carry “sample sets”. Please before you purchase one of our regular sizes, consider trying a sample size. If you are still not sure, just reach out to us over social or by email!

    For returns on other products besides loose-leaf tea, please email info@thememoire.com and we will help as best as we can!

  • What if my package is lost?

    Mémoire is not responsible for replacing a package that is lost or stolen in the mail when shipping confirmations have been obtained. We are not liable for items damaged or lost by carrier services.

  • Are Mémoire blends packaged in a nut-free environment?

    Note, we package our almond-honey blend “Midnight Musing” in the same vicinity as our other blends that are nut-free. Please be cautious if you have an allergy that is extremely sensitive to nuts.

  • Want Mémoire to cater your wedding or soirée?

    We would be honored to be served at your wedding/party! Our tins would be perfect for favors. In addition, we can also sell you our blends in bulk so you can serve large amounts of people. Please send an email to “info@thememoire.com” to let us know what we can help you with.

  • Can you cold brew all blends?

    Yes! You can cold and hot brew all blends by us. Add loose-leaf tea in any container of choice and let sit in room temperature water for 3 hours minimum. We like leaving it out overnight for the best results. Strain, drink with ice, and enjoy!
